"I recently stopped by the store in Warwick with my friend. Upon entering I was chatting with my friend about how I wanted the lightest airiest jacket possible. After we got to the middle of the store an employee approched me and said hello holding a jacket. He had overheard me and took the initiative to pick something out fitting my description. It was one size too big so he immediately fetched one that would fit better. Every member of staff that I interacted with made me feel really welcome and I didn’t feel pressured at all. I could tell these were people who are genuinely interested in motorcycles. I ended up buying a similar style jacket with a little more color and they talked to me about the options I had for back armor inserts and he without hesitating took one out of the packaging and put it inside the jacket for me to try. I ended up buying both. We didn’t even come to the store to buy a jacket for myself; we were looking at gear options for my friend.

The ONLY reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because the jacket I was purchasing was dirty and it was the only one in that style and size on the rack.

As I was checking out he noticed that I had a RF1200 helmet. He asked if I had ever seen the auto darkening lenses. I didn’t even know they existed. He opened one up and put it right on my helmet to walk outside and try. I didn’t end up purchasing because I already wear dark sealing glasses but even knowing that he still went out of the way to show the new to me equipment available.

I don’t usually write reviews but I was very impressed with the staff and different kinds of gear available at the shop. I recommended this store to my roommate and he ended up buying a new helmet, jacket, and gloves the same week.

Whatever the staff are doing just let them do it because it works. Don’t try to micromanage them or change everything because management thinks they can do everyones job better than the actual floor workers. "

"Staff are always pretty cool even though there seems to be a bit of employee rotation.
Always a good deal to find even if you don't really need it...
What I would like to see more of is bike parts in store and more harley style options, I love bikes in general but it seems pretty geared towards sports bikes.
